No, we want the skin to be as clean as possible. Please arrive make-up free to your appointment.

Scabs can last 7 or more days. We want to encourage them to fall off naturally.

No, Scabs falling off naturally will ensure that the ink isn't pulled away from the skin.

We encourage you to sleep with a neck pillow to help avoid the brows rubbing on your pillow and causing loss of pigment while you sleep.

This varies from person to person. We recomeend getting them topped up in 1 to 2 years after your first treatment.

We are causing trauma to the skin, which is why we recommend having anaesthetic cream applied to the skin for at least 30 minutes for the best effectiveness.
