As many of you know, Britain’s favourite rock band, Oasis, who famously split up in 2009, has officially announced their highly anticipated reunion for 2025. I, like many of you, was counting down the seconds and preparing for the Ticketmaster frenzy. But I was extremely fortunate to catch their Instagram post just moments after it went live, announcing the pre-sale ballot. I rushed over to sign up, and thankfully, I managed to get my hands on the coveted pre-sale code.  Â

The excitement was overwhelming, and even though I had the code, I was still nervous about not securing good seats. But after only seven minutes of waiting (which felt like a lifetime), I bagged myself standing tickets for the 5th of July show in Cardiff, Wales. This will be a monumental event, with the Gallagher brothers finally setting their long-standing feud aside to reunite for the first time in 14 years. Fans worldwide have been waiting for this moment, with some queuing for over 8 hours just to try and get tickets! Â

For £20, you can enter our raffle either in-person at 35 Commercial Street, Risca or online via PayPal. Your name will automatically be entered into our raffle spreadsheet, and the winner will be randomly selected and announced on November 8th, 2024 at 5pm.Â

Why We’re Doing This:Â
Recently, my family in the Philippines experienced a devastating tragedy when their home—a house that has been in our family for generations—was destroyed by a fire. Five families were affected, with one currently living in an evacuation centre. This house was my great grandmothers, holding countless memories for our entire family. We spent many cherished moments there, especially when visiting the Philippines, and losing it has been incredibly hard for my family.Â

We want to be transparent—all proceeds from this raffle will go directly to the families in the Philippines, not to a registered charity, but rest assured, they will be used to help rebuild their lives after this heartbreaking loss.
