Deposits
All deposits for consultations and non prescription appointments are refundable when cancelled with more than 48 hours notice. All cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to the deposit paid, or 50% of the treatment cost (for beauty treatments such brows, body contouring, or facials) or £50 for medical & non-surgical consultations.
Deposits paid for pre ordered prescriptions are non refundable.
Course of treatments
Booking a course of treatments with us at The Sugar Box Clinic, means we have your course of treatments allocated against your profile within our appointment system.
For us, this means we can easily locate what course you have booked and keep a track on how many have been used. For you, this means you can also keep track of how many treatments you have taken and how may you have left to take. You’ll be able to select one of your course treatments.
Each treatment from your course is used as your deposit each time that you book.
The cancellation notice is 48 hours, with the exception of full body treatments which requires a 7 days cancellation notice. If your appointment time is within 48 hours (7 days for full body) of cancelling, you will lose your treatment from your purchased course.
All courses once purchased, are non-refundable and are not transferrable to other.
Courses expire after 12 months of purchase.
Payment Plans
Your payments are made via a Direct Debit, using GoCardless, which you can cancel at any time via your bank. There is no fixed period to sign up to, and this can be started and cancelled at any time.
All payment plan credits are credited to your Gift Voucher are non-refundable.
Payments into the payment plan can be used for employed staff, but cannot be used against treatments by self-employed staff.
Booking a consultation requires a £50 deposit, which will be allocated from your Voucher credit.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable for appointments that are cancelled or moved within 48 hours of the appointment. This excludes appointments where a prescription such as dermal fillers or anti wrinkle treatments are required).
Cancellation outside of the 48 hours will result in your deposit being carried over to your new appointment date.
The Sugar Box Clinic reserves the right to cancel your direct debit and withhold treatment without an explanation. In these circumstances a full refund will be issued.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers expire within 12 months of purchase and are non-refundable.
No Shows
No shows are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
